From the beautiful valleys and vineyards of the Langhe, to the 7,000’ high Col de Tende in the Ligurian Alps, we make our way to the Italian Riviera city of San Remo, and back again!

Tour Details
No question, this is our most diverse and demanding tour. However, we feel any consistent cyclist will enjoy this incredible week. We cover many miles and there is no shortage of climbing. We do leave ample time to reach our destination, recover, and indulge in what each new day has to offer. We have a support van with us each day. As well as our good friend, Beppe, a local Sommelier, will be joining us at select dinners to bring out the most from the menu!

Travel
Fly to Turin, Italy and train to Fossano! Trains are a one hour ride and leave every hour.

Arrival Day! Caio! Welcome!A flat gravel out and back along the Diemonte river to shake off the flight. This is a flex day where you are welcome to ride what feels appropriate depending on your arrival.

We return to the vineyards with a fun morning through the Roero forest. Lunch in historic Alba, before our ride back into the Barolo for a winery poolside finish and amazing sunset views. -

Mountain day -Today we take a short shuttle closer to the foothills to start our approach into the Maritime Alps. We then stay in the quaint mountain village of Vernate -

This is it! The iconic via del Sale, or Salt Road, to San Remo! Its a big ride along an age old gravel trading route with a finish on the famous Poggio decent. We take plenty of breaks and van support is never too far down the hill. -
